Randolph Lewis brings quality customer service and proven results to the New York City commercial real estate market. Prior to working at Bloom Real Esate Group, Mr. Lewis worked in the Texas market primarily in Houston as a real estate agent, property manager and home builder. With a background in the hospitality industry and three generations of real estate experience in his family, he brings quality customer service and a strong understanding of the industry to New York City's hard-edged and fast-paced market. He also maintains a license in Texas in order to facilitate multi-city deals.

Randolph has a successful track record in the real estate industry including, but not limited to, leasing, property management, development, building rehab, land rehab and residential construction. As a property manager he provided action-driven leadership for properties totaling over 500,000 square feet for a full service real estate company. His current focus is on office leasing, medical/dental, retail and commercial co-op / condo sales.
